GCI is advising on the design and implementation of a solar park in Leipzig

GCI Management Consulting GmbH advised its sister company, GCI BridgeCapital GmbH, on the successful design and implementation of a solar park in Leipzig/Wiederitzsch. The photovoltaic system, built there on a net area of approximately eight hectares, has a capacity of 3,499,000 kWp and produces approximately 3,492,000 kWh of electricity per year. The system was constructed by Envalue GmbH, Graham. The manufacturer of the approximately 14,000 solar modules is Renesola. The inverters are supplied by Emerson and Kaco Powador. The solar park is operated by MR3W Solarpark Leipzig GmbH & Co. KG. A corresponding 20-year lease agreement with extension options has been concluded with GCI BridgeCapital GmbH, the owner of the land rights.
