GCI is advising Stemas AG on the acquisition of Haufe GmbH & Co. KG

Stemas AG (www.stemas.de) has acquired the shares of HAUFE GmbH & Co. KG (www.haufe-uebertrager.de) with the support of GCI Management Consulting GmbH. HAUFE employs over 50 people at its locations in Usingen near Frankfurt am Main and Beierfeld in Saxony. Its product and service portfolio includes high- and low-frequency transformers, toroidal components, as well as high-precision sheet metal processing and laser technology. With 65 years of experience, HAUFE enjoys an excellent reputation and is regarded by its customers as a reliable and innovative partner. HAUFE supplies customers across a wide range of industries, from measurement and control technology to medical, transportation, and studio technology, as well as customers in the aviation and electrical industries.
