GCI is facilitating and overseeing the acquisition and successful integration of Maremmana Ecologia into the Wolftank Adisa Group

Having already successfully advised the Wolftank Group on its strategic realignment, GCI Management has now successfully guided and implemented the integration of another market player.

As part of a capital increase by Wolftank Adisa Holding, a majority stake in Maremmana Ecologia s.r.l., based in Grosseto, Italy, was acquired. For many years, this company has been one of the most consistent and active competitors in Italy and has established a clear strategic advantage, particularly in the areas of soil remediation and hazardous waste disposal. With the integration of Maremmana Ecologia, the Wolftank Group has cemented its position, particularly in Italy, as a leading provider of services related to gas station operations, primarily in the areas of unmanned tank cleaning and remediation, gas station decommissioning, and soil remediation. But even in other European countries, the now internationally positioned, medium-sized group of companies (with branches in Austria, France, Italy, and Switzerland) is one of the most important players in the market.
