GCI Management advises MS Industrie AG on the segment change to the market segment m:access at the Munich Stock Exchange

The shares of MS Industrie AG (WKN 585518; ISIN DE0005855183) were originally listed on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. MS Industrie AG sought to change its segment from the regulated market to m:access at the Munich Stock Exchange, as the change brings numerous simplifications with regard to reporting requirements, which in MS Industrie AG’s view better suits the mid-market structure of the company. In addition, the change was accompanied by significant cost savings, particularly in the area of annual financial statement preparation and auditing.
