GCI Management is assisting Beno Holding AG with a bond offering and initial public offering

BENO Holding AG is the holding company of a real estate group that focuses on the acquisition, optimization, and management of commercial properties in the “light industrial real estate” asset class within the German-speaking region (DACHI).

Since September 2020, BENO Holding AG shares have been listed on the m:access market segment of the Munich Stock Exchange. In addition, a bond with a volume of up to €30 million will be issued in November 2020, which, in addition to providing follow-on financing for an existing convertible bond, is intended in particular to secure the growth of the BENO Group.

As part of the initial public offering and bond issuance described above, GCI Management Consulting GmbH undertook the following key tasks:

• Structuring the listing, the bond, and the investor outreach
• Preparing the listing document for the admission of the shares to trading
• Assisting with the preparation of business plans and presentations
• Preparation of documents for the corporate bond prospectus
• Support for key roadshow events and investor relations
