GCI Management is assisting Elbe Finanzgruppe AG with its initial public offering

Since December 19, 2018, the shares of Elbe Finanzgruppe AG have been listed on the m:access market segment of the Munich Stock Exchange. In connection with the listing, the company successfully completed a private placement of new shares totaling approximately EUR 2.5 million. This will sustainably strengthen the equity base of Elbe Finanzgruppe AG. The company plans to use the funds raised for investments in the further expansion of its business.
