GCI Management is assisting PERFORMANCE ONE AG with its initial public offering

PERFORMANCE ONE AG specializes in data-driven digital marketing and offers agency, consulting, and IT services to a broad client base. The company draws on its many years of expertise in data analysis and the development of algorithms and services, including in the field of artificial intelligence. To drive further growth, the company is pooling its in-house expertise and applying it to rapidly growing markets. The result is two in-house developed digital products: BIGNITE, a scalable business intelligence software, and couch:now, a platform for AI-powered online psychological self-help that currently focuses on the topics of relationships, loneliness and exhaustion, stress, and burnout, and will soon be expanded to include additional topics.

Since May 2022, the shares of PERFORMANCE ONE AG (ISIN: DE000A12UMB1) have been listed on the m:access market segment of the Munich Stock Exchange and are also traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. GCI Management Consulting GmbH assumed the following key responsibilities in connection with this initial public offering:

• Supporting the Management Board and Supervisory Board in the implementation of the listing
• Preparation of the listing document
• Identifying and approaching investors
• Supporting presentations and investor meetings
