GCI Management is assisting TeleService Holding AG in attracting investors

TeleService Holding AG is a publicly traded provider of telecommunications services, such as Mobile Device Services (MDaaS), Internet, data, and VPN solutions, as well as cloud and hosting services for business customers.
In December 2020, the company secured a strategic investor through a capital increase, who will support the company on its path to further growth, particularly in the area of Mobile Device Services (MDaaS) for large customers.
As part of the capital increase described above, GCI Management Consulting GmbH undertook the following key tasks:
- Assisting the company in preparing the necessary resolutions for the annual general meeting
- Structuring the capital increase and conducting negotiations with the investor
- Assisting in the execution of the capital increase
