After the traditional seed company, which has been in existence for over 150 years and is headquartered in Reutlingen, Baden-Württemberg, fell into financial difficulties as a result of problems with a major project and had to file for insolvency in November 2024, an ideal partner has now been found following an intensive search: MuM Industriebeteiligungen GmbH, a company from the network of GCI Management Consulting GmbH in Munich.
With the entry of the new partner, Dürr Samen (www.duerr-samen.de) is being placed back on a solid financial footing. The company now looks to the future with confidence and can continue to build on its strengths.
